Determination of 10 Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Rose Flower Sauce by QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS

摘要 该试验旨在建立Qu ECh ERS气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法测定玫瑰花酱中10种有机磷农药残留的方法。样品经乙腈提取,再经过750 mg硫酸镁、125 mg PSA、10 mg GCB净化,采用GC-MS/MS检测。结果表明, 10种有机磷农药在0.005~0.5μg/mL的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r在0.998 2以上。定量限(S/N=10)为0.001~0.007 mg/kg。当添加质量分数为0.1, 0.5和1.0 mg/kg时,平均回收率为80.2%~92.5%,相对标准偏差SRSD为5.6%~8.5%。结果表明,该方法操作简单、灵敏、准确,可用于玫瑰花酱中多种有机磷农药残留的检测。 An analytical method for determination of 10 organophosphorus pesticide residues in rose flower sauce by Qu ECh ERS gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) was developed.The target compounds were extracted with acetonitrile,and then purified with a mixed sorbent of 750 mg MgSO4,125 mg PSA and 10 mg GCB.The extract was analyzed by GC-MS/MS.The results showed that the calibration curves for 10 organophosphorus pesticides detected were linear in the range of 0.005-0.5 μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient(r) was greater than 0.998 2.The limits of quantification(S/N=10) ranged from 0.001 mg/kg to 0.007 mg/kg.The spike recoveries of organophosphorus pesticides at spike levels of 0.1,0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg were between 80.2% and 92.5%,with a relative standard deviation ranging from 5.6% to 8.5%.The method was simple,sensitive and accurate,and it was suitable for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides in rose flower sauce.
