食品安全涉及从农田到餐桌多个阶段,利用大数据挖掘分析食品安全风险因素,对于食品安全社会共治具有积极意义。运用聚焦网络爬虫技术挖掘食品安全热点新闻,确定食品安全风险因素,进一步与高热度食品安全舆情事件进行关联分析,用粗糙集方法筛选关键影响因素,对食品安全事件提出预警。通过研究公众关注视角的食品安全风险预警因素,提出强化食品安全监督管理、提高食品从业人员守法意识、建立完善的舆情监测预警体系,加强全社会各主体协同治理,形成食品安全社会共治良好局面。
