亚麻籽油脂肪酸指纹图谱的建立及其掺混风险监测 被引量:1

Establishment of Fatty Acid Fingerprint of Flaxseed Oil and Adulterate Risk Monitoring

摘要 该试验旨在研究利用气相色谱技术(Gas Chromatography)测定亚麻籽油脂肪酸组成及含量。以亚麻籽油为研究对象,采用GC方法分析不同产地60批亚麻籽油的脂肪酸组成,确定亚麻籽油的5个主要特征脂肪酸,计算并采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版本),生成亚麻籽油脂肪酸的标准指纹图谱。利用该图谱将亚麻籽油与其他不同种类油脂进行相似度评价,结果证明气相色谱标准指纹图谱能够将亚麻籽油与其他油脂显著区分,进一步对30批市售亚麻籽油进行了风险监测。研究建立的标准指纹图谱可以反映出亚麻籽油的脂肪酸组成特点,可为辨别亚麻籽油的掺伪情况,为监管工作提供科学的技术支撑。 The composition and content of fatty acids in flaxseed oil were determined by gas chromatography technology.Taking flaxseed oil as the research object,the fatty acid composition of 60 flaxseed oil from different producing areas was analyzed by GC.Five main characteristic fatty acids of flaxseed oil were determined by the results of principal component analysis.The standard fingerprint of fatty acids in flaxseed oil was generated by calculating and using the similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine(2012 version).The results showed that the standard gas chromatography fat acid fingerprint could distinguish the flaxseed oil from other oils significantly,and were taken for risk monitoringof 30 commercial flaxseed oil.The standard fat acid fingerprint established in this research could show the fatty acid composition characteristics of flaxseed oil,and could provide scientific and technical support for the supervision.
