滇中引水香炉山隧洞中长距离大坡度斜井混凝土配合比设计与运输方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决长距离大坡度斜井衬砌多个工作面交叉作业混凝土运输问题,文章通过分析-17.63°长1200m溜槽输送混凝土应具备的施工特性,研究满足施工需求的混凝土配制设计要点并通过试验确定理论配合比。同时,为满足混凝土在溜槽的流动性能和保证混凝土长时间、长距离输送到达作业面后其各项性能指标满足施工和规范要求,通过微调混凝土砂率和外加剂掺量等方法来满足不同输送距离条件下工作性能需要,并进行工艺试验验证。经理论分析和试验总结得出:设计确定的C30混凝土配合比满足该环境条件下斜井衬砌施工和质量要求,为高效优质完成施工任务提供了理论与技术支撑。 The construction characteristics of-17.63°1200m long chute concrete transportation are analyzed in the paper in order to solve the problem of cross operation concrete transportation on many working surfaces in long-distance and big gradientinclined shaft lining.The key points of concrete preparation design meeting the construction requirements are studied.Thetheoretical mix proportion is determined through tests.Meanwhile,the working performance demands under different transportation distance conditions can be satisfied bytuning the concrete sand ratio andadmixture content,etc.in order to satisfy the flow performance of concrete in the chute and ensure that the performance indexes of the concrete can meet the construction and specification requirements afterlong-time and long-distance transportation of concreteto the operation surfaces.The result is verified through process test.It is concluded that the C30 concrete mix proportion determined in the design can meet the construction and quality requirements of inclined shaft lining under such environmental conditions th6rough theoretical analysis and test,thereby providing theoretical and technical support for completing the construction task with high efficiency and quality.
