南疆日光温室轻简型水肥一体化系统设计与实现

摘要 针对南疆日光温室对水肥一体机高精度、低成本的需求,设计了一套轻简型水肥一体化系统。系统采用隔膜阀和大流量文丘里施肥器精准调节水肥比例,通过调节水路配置实现肥料自动化搅拌,减少固体肥料的不充分溶解。系统为水肥调控提供定时、远程、现场控制、集群控制等多种控制模式,方便用户按需控制。该南疆日光温室轻简型水肥一体化系统在不同水肥比例要求下,水肥配比精度高,运行稳定,可集群式作业,可实现精准水肥管控。 In response to the high-precision and low-cost requirements of the solar greenhouse in southern Xinjiang for the high-precision and low-cost water and fertilizer integrated machine,a light and simple water and fertilizer integrated system was designed.The system adopts a diaphragm valve and a large-flow Venturi fertilizer applicator to precisely adjust the ratio of water to fertilizer.By adjusting the waterway configuration,the automatic mixing of fertilizer is realized,and the inadequate dissolution of solid fertilizer is reduced.The system provides timing,remote,on-site control,cluster control and other control modes for water and fertilizer regulation,which is convenient for users to control on demand.Under the requirements of different water and fertilizer ratios,the light and simple water-fertilizer integrated system for the southern Xinjiang solar greenhouse has high accuracy of water and fertilizer ratio,stable operation,cluster operation,and accurate water and fertilizer management and control.
