电子商务背景下农业产业集群协同创新机理研究——以弥勒市葡萄酒产业为例

Research on the collaborative innovation mechanism of agricultural industrial clusters under the background of E-commerce:Take the grape(wine)and other agricultural industries in Mile City as an example

产业集群是国家竞争力的重要源泉,良好的农业产业基础是发展电商的优势和潜力,而农村电商的发展能够较好地促进农业产业集群集聚和创新能力的提升。基于电子商务视角,从生产要素集聚、知识溢出、关系网络重构、创新环境营造等方面构建了农业产业集群协同创新机理的理论框架,并以云南省弥勒市葡萄酒产业为例,探索了农业产业集群协同创新的机理。地方政府应为集群内部多元主体的发展和协同创新建立健全机制,营造良好的创新环境。

Industrial clusters are an important source of national competitiveness.A good agricultural industry foundation is the advantage and potential of developing e-commerce.The development of rural e-commerce can better promote the agglomeration and innovation capabilities of agricultural industry clusters.Based on the perspective of e-commerce,this paper constructs a theoretical framework for the collaborative innovation mechanism of agricultural industrial clusters from the aspects of agglomeration of production factors,knowledge spillovers,relationship network reconstruction,and creation of an innovation environment.Taking the grape(wine)and other agricultural industries in Mile County,Yunnan Province as an example,explored the mechanism of collaborative innovation in agricultural industrial clusters.Local governments should establish a sound mechanism for the development and collaborative innovation of multiple subjects within the cluster,and create a better environment for innovating.
