摘要
目的:比较4种机用镍钛器械预备树脂模拟重度弯曲根管的成形能力。方法:将28个树脂模拟根管随机分成4组(n=7),分别使用M3 2016、TC-Blue、TC-Gold及Orodeka Plex 2.0根管预备,预备前后分别对树脂块进行micro-CT扫描并计算预备前后根管全长及不同测量水平体积增量比及根管偏移量,分析各镍钛锉的切削能力及中心定位能力。结果:M3组在根尖段及全长的体积增量比大于TC-Gold组(P<0.05);TC-Blue组在根尖段造成根管向弯曲外侧偏移(P<0.01);在根中段,4组器械均造成根管向弯曲内侧偏移(P<0.05):M3组偏移量绝对值最大,较TC-Blue组大(P<0.05)。结论:4种镍钛器械对模拟弯曲树脂根管成形能力良好。
Objective:To compare the shaping ability of four different rotary engine-driven nickel-titanium instruments in shaping the simulated curved root canals.Methods:Twenty-eight resin blocks were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=7).M3 2016,TC-Blue, TC-Gold and Orodeka Plex 2.0 were used for root canal preparation, respectively.The root canals were scanned by micro-CT before and after preparation.By measuring the incremental ratio of volume and canal transportation in full length and several levels, cutting ability and centering ability were analyzed.Results:The incremental ratios of apical area and full length in M3 group was higher than that in TC Gold Group(P<0.05).In the TC-Blue Group, the apical segments shifted to outer side of curvature(P<0.01).In the middle segment of the root, four groups presented canal transportation towards the outer side of curvature(P<0.05),the absolute value of root canal transportation in M3 group was the largest, which was larger than that in TC Blue Group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four nickel-titanium instruments have good ability in shaping resin simulated curved canals.
