产学研创新协同资源统筹与管理模式探讨

在“大众创业、万众创新”的号召下,高校、地方与行业共同参与的产学研合作成为高校科研成果转化的主要途径。本文从一次成功的产学研合作案例入手,以协同创新为结果导向,采用“宏观依托协调,微观依托管理”的思路,分析本案例中技术、资源、人才是如何流动与分配的,并对于实现目标起到何种推动作用。以期从一定程度上为现有的宏观协调、微观管理体制,提供创新性的思路,促进产学研合作的高效开展。

Under the call of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Initiative",industry-university-research cooperation involving universities,local governments and industries have become the significant method of knowledge transformation in universities.In this paper,we start with a successful industry-university-research cooperation case,take collaborative innovation as the result-oriented,and adopt the idea of"macro-relying coordination,micro-relying management"to analyze the flow and distribution of technology,resources,and talents in this case,which will help achieve the goal.To a certain extent,it provides innovative ideas for the existing macro-coordination and micro-management system,and promotes the efficient development of industry-university-research cooperation.
