摘要 聚氯乙烯(PVC)由于具有性能优异、价格低廉等优势,被广泛应用于医疗器械领域。了解PVC材料的物理、化学性能,分析医疗器械领域对PVC材料的要求。在实际生产应用中,以PVC为原料制成的医疗器材仍存在较多安全问题,需要根据相关准则和要求,在制备PVC医疗器械过程中添加部分添加剂,进一步提升PVC医疗器械的性能,降低有毒物质对药剂的污染,以拓宽PVC材料在医疗器械领域的应用范围。 Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)is widely used in the field of medical devices because of its excellent performance and low price.This paper first introduces the physical and chemical properties of PVC materials,and analyzes the requirements of PVC materials in the field of medical devices.In the actual production and application,there are still many safety problems in the medical equipment made of PVC as raw materials.It is necessary to add some additives in the preparation of PVC medical devices according to the relevant standards and requirements to further improve the performance of PVC medical devices and reduce the pollution of toxic substances to dr 14 gs,so as to broaden the application scope of PVC materials in the field of medical devices.
