中间入路的单侧甲状腺叶切除术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤临床研究

Unilateral lobectomy with an intermediate approach for benign thyroid tumors

目的探析甲状腺良性肿瘤采取中间入路的单侧甲状腺叶切除术治疗的临床价值。方法本次试验于2020年2月-2021年1月选取我院收治的92例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者为观察对象,依据不同入路方式分为外侧入路组(n=46例)和中间入路组(n=46例),两组患者以不同入路方法采取单侧甲状腺叶切除术,比较两组患者各项临床指标和并发症发生情况。结果中间入路组比外侧入路组的手术时间、术后住院时间均更短,术中出血量更少,切口长度更小(P<0.05);中间入路组4.35%的并发症发生率要比外侧入路组19.57%的更低(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺良性肿瘤患者采取中间入路的单侧甲状腺叶切除术治疗,能够改善各项手术指标,缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量,有效预防并发症。

Objective To explore the clinical value of unilateral lobectomy therapy via the middle approach for benign thyroid tumors.Methods In this trial,92 patients with benign thyroid tumors treated in our hospital were selected as observation subjects from February 2020 to January 2021,and divided into a lateral approach group(n=46 patients)and an intermediate approach group(n=46 patients)based on different approaches,and two patients underwent unilateral thyroidectomy with different approaches,and the clinical indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The middle approach group had shorter operative time and postoperative hospital stay,less intraoperative blood loss,and smaller incision length than the lateral approach group(P<0.05);The complication rate of 4.35% in the middle approach group was lower than that of 19.57% in the lateral approach group(P<0.05).Conclusions Unilateral thyroidectomy with an intermediate approach in patients with benign thyroid tumors is able to improve various surgical indicators,reduce the duration of surgery,reduce intraoperative blood loss,and effectively prevent complications.
