摘要
目的探讨种植义齿槽骨骨量不足患者治疗中应用骨引导再生(GBR)技术的效果及美学修复状况。方法选取2018年4月-2021年4月进入本院拔牙的80例(种植牙共120颗)重度牙周病患者作为对象,通过随机数字表法分为两组。对照组行常规种植术治疗,未应用GBR技术,观察组则引入GBR技术。观察患者牙槽嵴高度及厚度变化、美学修复效果及患者满意度等。结果术后3个月观察组患者平均牙槽嵴高度及厚度相比对照组均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组美学修复高等效果所占比例为75.00%,高于对照组的35.00%,低等效果为0,低于对照组的10.00%,治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组修复满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论种植义齿牙槽骨骨量不足患者治疗中应用GBR技术,种植修复效果更理想,同时可获得更满意种植义齿美学修复效果,提升患者修复满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of hone guided regeneration GBR-RRB-technique in the treatment of patients with alveolar bone insufficienBMD(bmd)and the status of aesthetic restoration.Methods A total of 80 patients(120 implants)with severe periodontal disease who were extracted from April 2018 to April 2021 were randomly divided into two groups by 2021 table.GBR technique was not used in the control group,hut in the Observation Group.Results The mean alveolar ridge height and thickness in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 3 months postoperatively(t=3.724,9.708,all P<0.05);The proportion of high effect of aesthetic restoration in the observation group was 75.00%,higher than 35.00% in the control group,lower than 0,lower than 10.00% in the control group,and the total effective rate was 97.50%,higher than 85.00% in the control group(χ^(2)=7.500、4.211、3.914,all P<0.05);The repair satisfaction of the Observation Group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.50%)(χ^(2)=5.333,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of GBR technique in the treatment of alveolar bone deficiency of implant dentures,the result of implant-supported prostheses is better,and the aesthetic effect of implant-supported dentures is more satisfactory,and the satisfaction of patients is improved.
