针灸推拿与中药对脑卒中偏瘫的临床应用及有效率研究

Clinical application and effective rate of acupuncture,massage and traditional Chinese medicine on cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia

目的分析针灸推拿与中药的联合使用对脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床意义.方法选取我院74例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按照抽签法分为参照组和实验组各37例,参照组采用单一的针灸推拿治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上联合中药治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果.结果经数据对比得出:两组患者治疗前神经功能损伤情况,下肢运动功能评分以及平衡能力情况无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组明显优于参照组(P<0.05),且实验组患者肢体痉挛等级与临床治疗有效率均优于参照组(P<0.05).结论针灸推拿与中药联合治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者具有显著效果,可以改善患者各项临床症状,提高临床治疗效率.

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of the combined use of acupuncture,massage and traditional Chinese medicine in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 74 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients with hemiplegia in our hospital were selected and divided into the reference group and the experimental group with 37 cases in each according to the drawing method.The reference group was treated with single acupuncture and massage therapy,and the experimental group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the treatment effect of the two groups of patients was observed.Results Compared with the data obtained:two groups of patients before treatment,nerve function injury of lower limb movement function score and balance is no significant difference(P>O.05),the experimental group was better than control group after treatment(P^.OS),and the experimental group limb spasm in patients with grade and clinical treatment efficiency were better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture,massage and traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia has significant clinical effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the efficiency of clinical treatment.
