电动客船锂电池安全性分析

摘要 近十几年来,随着现代航运的高速发展,远洋船舶与内河船舶造成的气体排放已经严重的危害人体健康与全球环境,船舶节能减排成为大势所趋•锂电池具有热敏感度低,稳定性好等优点,作为船舶新能源之一丞待适应性和安全性的研究.本文主要是对锂电池系统的安全性试验分析.从对锂电池的外部火烧,绝缘耐压,机械冲击,浪涌抗扰度,静电放电干扰,群脉冲抗扰度以及振动冲击强度方向的试验,论证了锂电池作为客船动力的优越性和可行性,对于两坝一峡等内河的环境保护具有正面效果. In the past ten years, the level of globalization is gradually improving with the rapid development of modern shipping. Since the gas emissions(SO_(x),NO_(x),CO_(2),particulate matter, etc.) caused by ocean and inland vessels have seriously endangered human health and the global environment, ship energy conservation and emission reduction has become the general trend. As one of the new marine energy sources, Lithium batteries have the advantages of low thermal sensitivity and good stability, which needs to be studied in adaptability and safety. This paper mainly analyzes the safety test of lithium battery system. The advantages and feasibility of lithium battery as passenger ship power are demonstrated from the tests of external fire resistance, insulation voltage resistance, mechanical impact, surge immunity, electrostatic discharge interference, group pulse immunity and vibration impact strength, which has positive effect on environmental protection of inland rivers such as two DAMS and one gorge.
