摘要 传统的航运物流能力综合评价方法受到评价数据过多的影响,导致评价准确度较低,为此设计一个基于UML的航运物流能力灰色综合评价模型.采用UML技术对航运物流数据进行了建模,基于模型数据,引入层次分析法,建立了航运物流能力评价指标体系,处理专家评价等零散信息,计算了多层次指标的权重,描述不同灰度的权重向量,完成基于UML的航运物流能力灰色综合评价,获取受评对象的综合评价值.实验结果表明,此次研究的基于UML的航运物流能力灰色综合评价模型有效提高了评价准确度,并减少了评价时间. The traditional comprehensive evaluation method of shipping logistics capability is affected by too many evaluation data,which leads to low evaluation accuracy.Therefore,a grey comprehensive evaluation model of shipping logistics capability based on UML is designed.UML technology is used to model the shipping logistics data.Based on the model data,the analytic hierarchy process is introduced to establish the evaluation index system of shipping logistics capability,deal with the scattered information such as expert evaluation,calculate the weight of multi-level index,describe the weight vector of different gray levels,and complete the gray comprehensive evaluation of shipping logistics capability based on UML,Obtain the comprehensive evaluation value of the evaluated object.The experimental results show that the grey comprehensive evaluation model of shipping logistics capability based on UML can effectively improve the evaluation accuracy and reduce the evaluation time.
