摘要
以Ka4-70螺旋桨配以19A导管为研究对象,采用重叠网格法、多参考系法和滑移网格法三种工程常用计算方法计算了在一定来流条件下得到的导管螺旋桨的推力特性,并对比分析了三种方法的优势和不足.计算结果表明:三种计算方法均可以对导管螺旋桨的敞水推力特性进行满足工程需要的可靠、有效的预报;在计算速度上,多参考系法最快,滑移网格法其次,重叠网格法最低;而在计算精度上,滑移网格法最高,重叠网格法其次,多参考系法最低.
A Ka 4-70 propeller with 19-A nozzle is taken as the research subject,thrust characteristics of the ducted propeller under a given flow field in a range of is calculated with overset mesh,multi reference frame and rotating body motion approaches,the advantages and disadvantages of each computational approach are analyzed.The computational results indicate that reliable and effective numerical forecast can be achieved by the three methods;the multi reference frame method shows a fastest computing speed,the overset mesh method spends a longest duration of time,and the rotating body motion method is in the medium;rotating body motion method gives the finest accuracy,overset mesh method is in the medium,and rotating body motion method is the last of three.
