摘要
本研究利用标准化的自陈量表(self-reported scale)对293名高校思政课教师进行问卷测查,旨在考察教师网络效能感与网络教学行为之间的相关性,以及教师心理弹性所产生的中介作用。调查结果显示:样本教师的网络教学效能感与其心理弹性、网络教学行为呈显著正相关;心理弹性在网络教学效能感对网络教学行为的影响中起部分中介作用,其中心理弹性的“力量性”维度相较于“乐观性”维度对这一中介效应具有更大的贡献率;并且,在高心理弹性的教师群体中,网络教学效能感能够显著地正向预测网络教学行为,而在低心理弹性的教师当中则不存在这一现象。本研究揭示了高校思政课教师网络教学行为的心理影响机制,并以此为基础,进一步提出当前高校思政课网络教学质量提升的相关路径。
This study uses a standardized self-reported scale to conduct a questionnaire survey on 293 college teachers of ideological and political theory courses,aiming to investigate the correlation between teachers′network efficacy and network teaching behavior,as well as the mediating effect of teachers′mental resilience.The results show that the network teaching efficacy of sample teachers is significantly positively correlated with their mental resilience and network teaching behavior;mental resilience plays a partial mediating role in the influence of network teaching efficacy on network teaching behavior,and the"strength"dimension of mental resilience has a greater contribution to this mediating effect than the"optimism"dimension.In addition,in the group of teachers with high mental resilience,network teaching efficacy can significantly and positively predict network teaching behavior,but this phenomenon does not exist in the teachers with low mental resilience.This study reveals the psychological influence mechanism of the college ideological and political course teachers′network teaching behavior,and on this basis,further puts forward the relevant paths to improve the network teaching quality of college ideological and political theory courses.
