爱国价值观既是意识形态的重要组成部分,也是意识形态的生动体现。作为社会主义与爱国主义的有机统一,社会主义爱国价值观是社会主义核心价值观在个人层面提出的最基本价值准则,与西方爱国价值观在理论基础、根本性质和发展方向等方面存在显著区别。在新时代如何构建作为链接个人与国家之心理纽带的国家认同,是社会主义爱国价值观关注的核心命题。新时代构建国家认同,要提升理性认识,夯实认知认同;要重视情感体验,增强情感认同;要强调实践转化,促进行为认同。

Patriotic values are not only an important part of ideology,but also a vivid manifestation of ideology.As the organic unity of socialism and patriotism,socialist patriotic values are the most basic value norms put forward by core socialist values at the individual level,and are significantly different from Western patriotic values in terms of theoretical basis,fundamental nature and development direction.In the new era,how to construct national identity that is a psychological link between individuals and the country is the core proposition that socialist patriotic values pay attention to.To build national identity in the new era,it is necessary to enhance rational understanding and consolidate cognitive identity;it is necessary to emphasize emotional experience and enhance emotional identity;it is necessary to emphasize practical transformation and promote behavioral identity.
