金属棒料低应力高温精密剪切分离工艺的研究

摘要 为了实现金属棒料的低应力精密分离,本文提出了一种金属棒料低应力高温精密剪切分离工艺,并详细叙述了该工艺的工艺工程。本文针对06#钢金属棒料建立了有限元模型,分析了是否开槽、坯料温度对断面质量、剪切载荷和剪切功的影响。结果表明,预制环形槽有助于降低剪切载荷、剪切功和得到更加光滑平整的断面。新的工艺相比较于传统工艺在剪切载荷和剪切功两方面均有显著的降低,新工艺是一种绿色节能的工艺。 In order to realize low stress precision separation of metal bars,a low stress high temperature precision cropping process for metal bars is presented in this paper,and the process engineering of this process is described in detail.In this paper,the finite element model of 06#steel bar is established,and the influences of groove and billet temperature on section quality,shear load and shear work are analyzed.The results show that the precast annular groove is helpful to reduce the shear load and shear work,and obtain a more smooth section.Compared with the traditional technology,the new technology significantly reduced the shear load and shear work,which is a kind of green and energy-saving technology.
