摘要
由于带钢运行过程中不可避免的发生偏移,所以冷轧连续机组配置专门的精度高、响应快的自动纠偏系统。本文介绍某汽车外板重卷机组中开卷机纠偏、圆盘剪纠偏、卷取机纠偏等三种自动纠偏系统的布置和设计特点,重点分析了实现切边的精准控制圆盘剪自动纠偏装置(2#CPC),该装置采用一种三辊的、双连杆机构纠偏辊,纠偏辊动作时能够保证带钢有足够的纠正行程,其纠偏量由纠偏缸行程实现和保证。从现场使用情况来看,本机组配置的三套纠偏装置对于提高产线的卷取质量和减少因纠偏导致的划伤缺陷等方面起到了良好的效果。
During the strip running,there is inevitable deviation,so,the continuous cold rolling line is equipped a special automatic deviation correction system with high precision and quick response.This paper introduces the layout and design characteristics of three kinds of automatic deviation correction systems in a car plate rewinding line,the pay-off reel deviation correction system,the side trimmer deviation correction system,and tension reel deviation correction system.The side trimmer automatic deviation correction device(2#CPC)for precise control of trimmingis analyzed emphatically.The device uses a three-roller type,two-link mechanism deviation correction roller.The deviationcorrecting rollermovement ensures enough correcting stroke forstrip,the deviation correction is realized and guaranteed by the rectifying cylinder stroke.According to the actual operation,the three sets of rectifying devices play a good results in improving the coiling quality of the production line and reducing the scratch defects caused by rectifying.
