摘要
随着网络信息技术的发展,移动互联网已成为信息传播主渠道,微视频等微媒体广受青年大学生欢迎。党中央就加强信息化环境下的党员教育培训出台了一系列政策规定,上级有关部门在实践中探索开展微视频党课教育,基于微视频的线上线下混合学习已成为学术界研究热点,但高校党课目前仍存在教学方式未能适应信息时代发展、教学互动性不强、理论教育针对性和实效性有待进一步提高的问题。微媒体时代,高校党课要创新发展路径,主动融入信息化环境,积极探索开展微视频党课混合学习,构筑微视频党课学习平台,开发微视频党课学习资源,并采用过程性与终结性评价相结合的方式创新党课评价机制,切实提高党课党课吸引力和感染力,增强党课的教学效果。
With the development of network information technology,mobile Internet has become the main channel for information dissemination,and micro-media such as micro-videos are widely welcomed by young college students.The Party Central Committee has issued a series of policies and regulations to strengthen the education and training of party members in an informatized environment.Relevant government departments have explored the practice of carrying out micro-video party class education.Online and offline blended learning based on micro-videos has become a research hotspot in academia.However,there are still problems in giving college party classes which include the need to adapt the teaching methods to the development of the information age,the lack of interaction in teaching,and the need to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of theoretical education.In the era of micro-media,efforts should be made to innovate the development path for college party classes,actively integrate party classes into the informatized environment,explore and carry out blended learning based on micro-videos,build a micro-video party class learning platform,develop learning resources for micro-video party classes,and innovate the party class assessment mechanism through combining process evaluation and summative evaluation,so as to effectively improve the attractiveness and appeal of party classes,and enhance the teaching effect.
