Dante’s colloquial view and Hu Shi’s vernacular literary language view both promote the process of replacing classical Chinese with colloquial(vernacular),and take the change of language as an opportunity to have an important impact on the literary and social development of our country.Although the theory of the two men adopts different angles and ways in the definition and the pursuit of intention,they move towards similar goals and results.This is the“special way”and“the same way”.
