基于斜立生长硒化铅纳米片可饱和吸收体的光纤脉冲激光研究(特邀) 被引量:3

Research of Fiber Pulse Laser Generation with Oblique Grown PbSe Nanosheets Saturable Absorber(Invited)

摘要 利用窄禁带半导体硒化铅的可饱和吸收性质,通过物理气相沉积法和光纤探针转移,优化工艺制备硒化铅可饱和吸收体器件,搭建不同波长的脉冲光纤激光器。在基本器件不变的情况下,利用简单的环形腔,在近红外1~2μm范围内实现了稳定的锁模输出,中心波长分别为1060.46 nm、1563.24 nm、1908.34 nm,基频分别为0.593 MHz、13.59 MHz、10.25 MHz,脉宽分别为30.53 ns、4.26 ns、1 ns。该结果扩展了新型纳米晶材料硒化铅化合物的应用,可为脉冲光纤激光的波长调控提供解决方案,并满足多波长可调控激光器在生物医学、监测等场景下的应用需求。 Based on the saturable absorption properties of narrow band gap semiconductor PbSe,saturable absorber devices are achieved by physical vapor deposition using pure PbSe powder as the precursor and transferred by optical fiber probe.And pulse fiber lasers with different wavelengths are built.By using a simple ring cavity in near infrared,the stable mode-locked output is realized with almost unchanged devices in the range of near-infrared 1~2μm,and the central wavelengths are 1060.46 nm,1563.24 nm and 1908.34 nm respectively,the fundamental frequencies are 0.593 MHz,13.59 MHz and 10.25 MHz separately,and the pulse widths are 30.53 ns,4.26 ns and 1 ns respectively.This result expands the applications of the new nanocrystalline material lead selenide compound,provides a solution for the wavelength regulation of pulsed fiber laser,and satisfies the application requirements of multi-wavelength tunable laser in biomedical,monitoring and other places.
