摘要
针对现场采取封堵、除湿和加热等措施汇控柜仍存在凝露问题,提出一种基于fluent流体仿真确定风扇和除湿器安装位置,设计一种物联型汇控柜除湿系统,可监测柜内运行微环境和除湿。通过现场安装测试验证仿真的准确性,通过数据分析提出汇控柜环境温湿度控制策略,提出以风扇为主的控制方式,经济性大大提高。
Aiming at the condensation problem of the control cabinet which adopts blocking,dehumidification and heating measures on site,a new type of dehumidification system is designed to monitor the micro environment and dehumidification of the cabinet.The paper puts forward the control strategy of ambient temperature and humidity of the control cabinet through field installation test and data analysis.The control mode mainly based on fan improves the economy greatly.
