摘要
目前我国许多制造企业只是运用事后检验方法对其产品进行质量控制,没有做到对生产过程进行动态连续监控。统计过程控制(SPC)应用统计技术对过程中的各个阶段进行评估与监控。实施SPC可以帮助企业在质量上做到“事前”预防和控制。以YT整车制造企业为例,针对发动机连杆产品质量存在的问题,阐述了SPC实施过程。首先通过绘制控制图对过程状态进行监控,并对工序能力进行分析以判断工序质量特性的波动大小;其次,通过绘制鱼骨图,分析影响产品质量特性的原因并提出相应的解决方案;最后,将控制图和工序能力分析图实施前后进行对比,对企业生产过程中运用SPC成效进行总结并提出后续研究方向。
At present,many manufacturing enterprises of our country just use afterthought test method to control the quality of its products,and do not carry on the dynamic continuous monitoring of the production process.The Statistical Process Control(SPC)applies the Statistical technology on the various stages in the process of evaluating and monitoring.The implementation of SPC can help enterprises in the quality of“advance”prevention and control.This paper uses the method of statistical process control,in the case of YT vehicle manufacturing enterprise,for the existing product quality problems of engine connecting rod of YT company,the process of the implementation of SPC was analyzed.Firstly,we drew control chart to monitor the process,and analyzed the process capability to determine the fluctuation magnitude of process quality characteristics.Secondly,we drew fish-bone diagram to analyze the reasons of affecting product quality characteristics and put forward the corresponding solutions.Finally,we contrasted control chart and process capability analysis chart before and after the improvement,it is concluded that after the use of SPC the enterprise gets better control of the production process.
