盐酸司来吉兰片联合盐酸苯海索片对帕金森病患者氧化应激、血清学指标水平的影响 被引量:4

Effects of selegiline hydrochloride tablets combined with benhexyl hydrochloride tablets on oxidative stress and serological index levels in patients with Parkinson's disease.

摘要 目的研究盐酸司来吉兰片联合盐酸苯海索片治疗对帕金森病(PD)患者氧化应激、血清学指标水平的影响。方法采用回顾性分析方法,研究对象为2019年1月至2020年1月简阳市人民医院收治的64例PD患者,根据不同用药方式分为研究组与对照组,各32例。对照组单用盐酸司来吉兰片治疗(每次口服2.5~5 mg,每日口服2次,1个疗程为2个月,共1个疗程),研究组联用盐酸司来吉兰片与盐酸苯海索片(每次口服1~2 mg,每日口服3次,1个疗程为2个月,共1个疗程)。比较2组患者治疗前后氧化应激指标[谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(CGP)、对氧磷脂酶1(PON1)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)]、血清学指标[尿酸(UA)、脂联素(APN)、可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体-1(sTNFR-1)、胱抑素(Cys-C)、人软骨糖蛋白-39(YKL-40)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]、帕金森病生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)评分变化及治疗的总有效率。结果治疗前,2组患者各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个月后,研究组患者的CGP、PON1、SOD、NOS、UA、APN分别为(224.14±25.32)U/L、(161.03±18.54)kU/L、(88.02±7.26)U/mL、(31.17±3.35)U/mL、(299.14±24.85)μmol/L、(15.42±1.54)mg/L水平,均显著高于对照组[(207.12±24.04)U/L、(148.15±18.36)kU/L、(82.14±7.13)U/mL、(28.06±3.24)U/mL、(272.63±24.36)μmol/L、(12.19±1.44)mg/L],sTNFR-1、Cys-C、YKL-40、IL-1β水平分别为(0.35±0.04)μg/L、(0.69±0.15)mg/L、(2.98±0.12)mg/L、(76.23±12.26)ng/L,均显著低于对照组[(0.61±0.06)μg/L、(0.93±0.22)mg/L、(3.71±0.15)mg/L、(93.42±12.07)ng/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者总有效率(96.87%)显著高于对照组(78.12%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯盐酸司来吉兰片相比,盐酸司来吉兰片联合盐酸苯海索片治疗PD的应用效果显著,可有效减轻患者机体的氧化应激反应及炎症反应,还可改善其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study the effects of selegiline hydrochloride tablets combined with benhexol hydrochloride on oxidative stress and serum indexes in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Mehods Using a retrospective analysis method,64 PD patients admitted to Jianyang People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study object.According to different medication methods,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with selegiline hydrochloride tablets alone(2.5-5 mg orally each time,2 times a day,1 course of treatment was 2 months,1 course in total),and the study group was combined with selegiline hydrochloride tablets And trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride tablets(1-2 mg orally each time,3 times a day,1 course of treatment for 2 months,1 course in total).The oxidative stress indexes circle[Glutathione peroxidase(CGP),paraoxonase1(PON1),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide synthase(NOS)],serological indexes[uric acid(UA),adiponectin(APN),soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor-1(sTNFR-1),Cystatin C(Cys-C),YKL-40,interleukin-1β(IL-1β)],Parkinson's disease quality of life questionnaire(PDQ-39)score changes and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in various indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of CGP,PON1,SOD,NOS,UA,and APN in the study group were(224.14±25.32)U/L,(161.03±18.54)kU/L,(88.02±7.26)U/mL,(31.17±3.35)U/mL,(299.14±24.85)μmol/L,(15.42±1.54)mg/L were significantly higher than those in the control group[(207.12±24.04)U/L,(148.15±18.36)kU/L,(82.14±7.13)U/mL,(28.06±3.24)U/mL,(272.63±24.36)μmol/L,(12.19±1.44)mg/L],the levels of sTNFR-1,Cys-C,YKL-40,IL-1βwere(0.35±0.04)μg/L,(0.69±0.15)mg/L,(2.98±0.12)mg/L,(76.23±12.26)ng/L,which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(0.61±0.06)μg/L,(0.93±0.22)mg/L,(3.71±0.15)mg/L,(93.42±12.07)ng/L],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the study group(96.87%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.12%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the simple application of selegiline hydrochloride tablets,the application of selegiline hydrochloride tablets combined with benzhexol hydrochloride in the treatment of PD has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction of patients,and improve their quality of life.
