中国西部地区开展天然气管道氢气掺输的思考 被引量:11

摘要 中国西部地区可再生能源资源丰富,发展氢能潜力大,但需要破解氢能在储运环节上的瓶颈。当前技术上已初步证明了天然气管道氢气掺输的可行性,现行国家标准也允许小比例的掺氢,结合西部地区的基础条件,开展天然气管道掺氢具有可行性。目前的主要挑战是对于氢气掺输带来的材料氢损伤、管网系统适应性和终端用户影响等问题的研究尚不充分。玉门油田具有开展天然气管道氢气掺输示范研究的有利条件,应尽快开展示范项目,深化氢损伤机理及预防措施研究,论证管网体系和终端用户的适应性,并完善相关标准规范,加快关键设备适应性评估和研发,优化管道完整性管理方案,从而打通产业链堵点,以"绿电+绿氢"为核心打造西部清洁能源基地,促进中国氢能产业的快速发展及碳中和目标的顺利实现。 Western China is rich in renewable energy resources and has great potential for hydrogen energy development,but the bottleneck of hydrogen energy storage and transportation needs to be solved.Among various alternative ways,blending hydrogen into natural gas pipeline networks is a feasible choice at this stage,and has been preliminarily proved.The current national standards also allow a small proportion of hydrogen blending and it is feasible to carry out blending hydrogen into natural gas pipeline combined with the basic conditions of the western region.However,the current main challenges are sufficient research on the material damage caused by hydrogen blending,adaptability of the pipe network system,and the impact on the end user.Yumen oilfield has favorable conditions to carry out demonstration study on blending hydrogen into natural gas pipeline and it should launch demonstration projects as soon as possible;strengthen research on hydrogen damage mechanism and preventive measures,demonstrate the adaptability of pipe network system and end users,and improve relevant standards and specifications,accelerate the adaptability assessment and R&D of key equipment,optimize the management scheme of pipeline integrity,break through the industrial chain blocking points,build a clean energy base in western China with"green electricity+green hydrogen"as the core,promote the rapid development of China’s hydrogen energy industry,and achieve the goal of carbon neutrality.
