核子密度计在聚乙烯聚合流化床反应器的应用

摘要 化工行业聚合反应中,流化床反应是非常复杂的一种化学反应。流化床反应的堆积密度则是流化反应的关键参考参数,因此精确测量堆积密度数据至关重要。本文所讲述的核子密度计就是用来测量和解决堆积密度的一种测量仪表。核子密度计是一种检测介质密度的仪表,其在本公司聚乙烯流化床床高检测中,密度计测量数据被当作安全超限警示和超驰控制的依据。合理选型核子密度计,并有效利用核子密度计检测数据准确可靠的优点,对确保流化床高度精确控制起到重要的作用。在装置投用中,使用核子密度计效果优异,为聚合反应控制提供了重要的参数指标和参考依据。 In the chemical industry, the fluidized bed reaction is a very complex chemical reaction in the polymerization reaction.The bulk density of the fluidized bed reaction is the key reference parameter of the fluidized reaction. So it is very important to accurately measure the bulk density data. The nuclear densitometer described in this paper is used to measure and solve the bulk density of a measuring instrument. Nuclear densitometer is a kind of instrument to detect the density of the medium. The measured data of the densitometer are used as the basis for safety overrun warning and overrun control in the measurement of the bed height of the single petrified polyethylene fluidized bed. Reasonable selection of nuclear densitometer and effective use of the advantages of accuracy and reliability of nuclear densitometer detection data play an important role in ensuring the precise control of fluidized bed height. In the application of the application of the device, the nuclear densitometer has a good effect, which provides an important parameter index and reference for the polymerization reaction control.
