摘要
火力发电厂热力系统中水汽的品质是影响机组安全、经济运行的重要因素,为了保障电厂水质监测数据的可靠性,提高在线分析仪表测量的准确性和投入率就显得尤为重要。本文的钠离子分析仪基于电位法测量原理,通过与手工化验比对和日常维护经验积累等途径,研究得出钠离子在线分析仪测量值的主要误差来源及相应处理方案,并对钠离子分析仪在日常运行中的常见故障进行了分析并提出了处理方案。希望本文的分析能够为火力发电厂实现可持续发展提供一定的参考。
The quality of water vapor in the thermal system of thermal power plant is an important factor affecting the safe and economic operation of units,in order to ensure the reliability of water quality monitoring data in power plant,it is particularly important to improve the measurement accuracy and input rate of on-line analytical instruments.The sodium ion analyzer in this paper is based on the measurement principle of potential method.Through comparison with manual test and accumulation of daily maintenance experience,the main error sources and corresponding treatment schemes of the measured values of sodium ion online analyzer are studied,and the common faults of sodium ion analyzer in daily operation are analyzed and the treatment schemes are put forward.It is hoped that the analysis of this paper can provide some reference for the sustainable development of thermal power plants.
