辐射杂散骚扰测量不确定度的评定

摘要 参照标准GB/T 6113.402-2018《无线电骚扰和抗扰度测量设备和测量方法规范》和实验室的测试环境,简明阐述了辐射杂散骚扰测量不确定度评定方法,并给出了不确定度值。通过分析影响不确定度的各个因素,给出了评定要点和建议,为电磁兼容检测实验室合理评定辐射杂散骚扰测量不确定度提供参考。 Referring to the standard GB/T 6113.402-2018 "Radio disturbance and immunity measurement equipment and measurement method specification" and the test environment of the laboratory, this paper briefly describes the evaluation method of measurement uncertainty of radiated spurious emission, and gives the uncertainty value. By analyzing the factors affecting the uncertainty, the evaluation points and suggestions are given, which provides a reference for the reasonable evaluation of the measurement uncertainty of radiation stray disturbance in EMC testing laboratory.
