召唤与应答:中学语文教材建设70年的创新路径--以教科书制度为视角

摘要 在教科书制度视域下,新中国70年中学语文教材建设可划分为国定制、审定制和复归国定制三个时期。70年来,语文教材建设在全面贯彻党的教育方针和落实国家教育政策,努力适应社会发展需要、人的成长需要,发扬传统、借鉴国际母语教育经验,遵循学科发展规律,尊重教师专业发展水平和学习者认知水平诸多方面,进行了很多有益的探索。在坚持学科主体性发展,保持教材相对稳定的同时,在吸纳社会发展、科学技术进步,特别是认知科学领域新成果等方面,积累了不少的经验。实现了语文工具性从属政治社会属性到学科属性的转变,从思维和交流的工具到最重要的交际工具、文化载体和人文性统一的建构与实践的发展。形成了听从召唤、应答各方面诉求、全面兼顾、多方匹适、坚持学科教育与思想培育一役并举、与时俱进、创新发展的突出特点。 From the perspective of textbook mechanism,the compilation of textbooks of mid-school Chinese in the past 70 years has gone through three stages,which are nation-run,self-edit,and nation-run again.In the past 70 years,the compilation of textbooks has gone through various explorations,for the editors try to take various factors into consideration,such as the implement the policies of the nation and the ruling party and adoption to the needs of the social development,the level of the teachers,the cognation of the learners.While maintain the advancement of the discipline and maintain stability of the textbooks,they adopt new findings in the society especially in the realm of science and cognitive psychology,and accumulate much experience.The property of Chinese textbooks,which shifts from the subject to politics to an academic discipline,from tools of thoughts and exchange to the most important socializing and culture.The process of compilation of the textbooks shifts from answer the call,to answer the appeals from all sides,adoption to all sides.The exploration features a combination of language education and mind cultivation,goes with the times,and innovates all the time.
