摘要
为了有效解决成庄矿15号煤首采面坚硬顶板垮落困难的问题,提出定向水力压裂弱化顶板的施工方案。通过现场生产地质条件调研,确定最优的压裂钻孔布置参数。后期钻孔窥视结果表明:通过定向水力压裂施工有效弱化15号煤上覆坚硬顶板,正常情况下能保证岩层的稳定下,随着工作面回采煤层上覆坚硬岩层可实现分层垮落,保证工作面的安全回采。
In order to effectively solve the problem of hard roof caving in the first mining face of No.15 coal seam in Chengzhuang Coal Mine,the construction scheme of weakening roof by directional hydraulic fracturing is proposed.Through the investigation of the geological conditions in the field,the optimal parameters of fracturing borehole layout are determined.The late drilling peep results show that:through directional hydraulic fracturing construction effectively weaken the hard roof of No.15 coal seam,under normal circumstances,it can ensure the stability of the rock stratum,and with the mining face mining,the overlying hard rock layer of the coal seam can realize layered collapse,and ensure the safe mining of the working face.
