摘要
针对郭庄煤矿3308工作面皮带顺槽难支护的问题,根据矿井的实际地质条件,提出一种沿空留巷支护技术,从巷旁支护、待浇筑空间围护以及临时加强支护三方面进行设计,通过现场实际应用,结果表明:在使用沿空留巷支护后,巷道两帮的移近量在112 mm左右,顶底板的移近量在142 mm左右,保证了沿空留巷的稳定性,同时,减少回采巷道2300 m,可产生经济效益约1380万元。
Aiming at the problem of difficult support for the belt along the trench in the 3308 working face of Guozhuang Coal Mine,according to the actual geological conditions of the mine,a support technology for retaining roadways along the goaf is proposed,which includes roadside support,support for the space to be poured,and temporary reinforcement.Designed in three aspects of protection,and through actual application on site,the results show that after using the roadway retaining support along the goaf,the approaching amount of the two sides of the roadway is about 112mm,and the approaching amount of the roof and floor is about 142mm,which ensures The stability of the roadway,and at the same time,the reduction of 2300m of mining roadways can generate economic benefits of about 13.8 million yuan.
