石圪台煤矿上覆小窑火区治理技术及效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对石圪台煤矿上覆小窑火区分布现状,采用同位素测氡法圈定疑似火区范围,从地面向疑似火区范围内施工钻孔,利用注沙泵通过地面钻孔进行注浆,浆液在火区范围内流动堆积沉淀,井下通过钻孔进行疏放水,继续从地面进行注浆,直至山砂堆满整个火区,隔绝火区氧气供应,井下合理选择钻孔进行气体和水温观测,对上覆小窑火区治理效果进行分析总结,直至火区隐患彻底消除,确保小窑火区下覆区域安全开采。 According to the distribution status of Small kiln fire area in Shigetai Coal Mine,the isotope radon measurement method is used to delineate the suspected fire area.Drilling is carried out from the ground to the suspected fire area.Grouting is carried out through the ground drilling with sand injection pump.The slurry flows,accumulates and precipitates in the fire area.Water is drained through the drilling hole underground,and grouting is continued from the ground until the mountain sand fills the whole fire area,Isolate the oxygen supply in the fire area,reasonably select the borehole underground for gas and water temperature observation,analyze and summarize the treatment effect of the overlying small kiln fire area until the hidden danger in the fire area is completely eliminated,so as to ensure the safe mining of the area under the small kiln fire area.
