摘要 为保障15310工作面回风顺槽掘进期间的安全,通过采用数值模拟软件进行顺层抽采钻孔直径、抽采负压及有效抽采半径的模拟分析,基于数值模拟结果和地质条件,计算确定掘进工作面风量和局部通风机型号,具体进行超前预抽钻孔和顺层钻孔参数的设计,并在抽采方案实施期间进行抽采数据的监测。结果表明:超前预抽钻孔+顺层钻孔相结合的抽采方案抽采效果显著,巷道掘进期间瓦斯平均浓度在0.44~0.51的范围内,保障了巷道的安全掘进。 In order to ensure the safety during the excavation of the 15310 working face with the return air flow,numerical simulation software is used to simulate the diameter of the bedding drainage borehole,the negative pressure of the drainage and the effective drainage radius,and the calculation is based on the results of the numerical simulation and the geological conditions.Determine the air volume of the tunneling face and the model of the local ventilator,design the parameters of advance pre-drainage drilling and bedding drilling,and monitor the drainage data during the implementation of the drainage plan.The results show that the extraction effect of the combination of advanced pre-drainage drilling and bedding drilling is significant,and the average gas concentration during roadway excavation is in the range of 0.44 to 0.51,which ensures the safe excavation of the roadway.
