摘要
为掌握5-101工作面回采期间的矿压显现规律,工作面回采期间,通过对液压支架的工作阻力监测分析以掌握基本顶的周期来压规律,通过对煤体应力进行监测得出超前支承压力的影响范围;进一步分析液压支架的初撑力及末阻力,以掌握支架的适应状态。根据分析结果可知:基本顶周期来压步距为12.4 m,超前应力显著影响区为工作面前0~30 m左右;根据支架适应性分析结果可知,ZF8000/17/30D支架工作时存在初撑力不足和工作阻力偏低的问题,提出调整放煤顺序为下行放煤、控制顶煤垮落的程度和范围,以此改善支架的受力状态,为后续回采工作面回采提供基础技术参数。
In order to grasp the law of the appearance of rock pressure during the mining of 5-101 working face,during the mining of the working face,the working resistance of the hydraulic support is monitored and analyzed to grasp the regular pressure of the basic roof,and the advanced support is obtained by monitoring the stress of the coal body.The influence range of the pressure;further analyze the initial support force and end resistance of the hydraulic support to grasp the adaptive state of the support.According to the analysis results,the step distance of the basic topping cycle is 12.4 m,and the significant impact area of the over-period stress is about 0~30 m in front of the working surface;according to the analysis results of the adaptability of the support,it can be seen that the initial support force of the ZF8000/17/30D support is insufficient during operation In addition to the problem of low working resistance,it is proposed to adjust the coal caving sequence to lower coal caving and control the degree and range of top coal collapse,so as to improve the stress state of the support and provide basic technical parameters for subsequent mining faces.
