摘要
针对仙泉煤矿15103运输顺槽掘进期间顶板出现黄泥层造成在工作面掘进施工过程注锚困难,顶板不易控制,给巷道顶板安全管理和快速掘进带来较大困难问题,通过对巷道矿压特征进行分析,并对巷道支护方案进行数值模拟分析,在此基础上提出了巷道顶板含黄泥层时采用顶部全锚索+帮部锚杆联合支护方案,通过现场观测结果表明,采用该支护方案后,巷道顶底板移近变形量基本稳定在88 mm左右,两帮位移量稳定在48 mm左右,变形量均在可控范围支护,该联合支护方案满足巷道支护要求。
Aiming at the difficulty of anchor injection during the excavation of 15103 transportation along the tunnel in Xianquan coal mine,the yellow mud layer appears in the roof,which makes it difficult to inject anchor in the working face,and the roof is not easy to control,which brings great difficulties to the safety management and rapid driving of the roof.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the tunnel pressure,the numerical simulation analysis of the tunnel support scheme is carried out,Based on the above,the paper puts forward the joint support scheme of top full anchor cable and top bolt when the roof contains yellow mud layer.The results of field observation show that the deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway is basically stable at 88 mm after adopting the support scheme,the displacement of both sides is stable at 48 mm left and right,and the deformation is in the controllable range.The combined support scheme meets the requirements of roadway support.
