浮选自动加药系统在西曲矿选煤厂应用与优化研究

Application and Optimization of Flotation Automatic Dosing System in Xiqu Coal Preparation Plant

针对西曲矿选煤厂浮选系统工艺控制负载、药剂量损耗严重的问题;本文对浮选系统进行自动加药系统应用与优化,采用密度计、流量计等高精密仪器进行数据采集,通过经验丰富的浮选司机与选煤领域专家完善数据库,编写精确药剂量计算公式,实现选煤厂智能化应用;试验结果证明新系统的应用,浮精灰分降低0.16%,浮精产率提高5.09%,吨煤泥加药量降低0.15 kg,因此本文的研究内容对智能化在选煤厂中的应用提供实践应用基础。

In view of the serious problems of process control load and chemical dosage loss of the flotation system in Xiqu Coal Preparation Plant;this paper applies and optimizes the automatic dosing system of the flotation system,and uses high-precision instruments such as density meters and flow meters to collect data.Experienced flotation drivers and experts in the field of coal preparation perfected the database,compiled accurate formulas for calculating the dosage,and realized the intelligent application of the coal preparation plant;the test results proved that the application of the new system reduced the float ash by 0.16%and the float yield increased by 5.09%,the dosage of coal slurry per ton is reduced by 0.15 kg,so the research content of this article provides a practical application basis for the application of intelligence in coal preparation plants.
