摘要 大行程位移测量计米精度决定了卷绕式系统的位置控制精度。目前的计米方法测量误差大,不易实现正反双向计米。提出并设计了一种面向卷绕系统的大行程位移精密自动测量计米方法,以双同步齿形带传动副作为精确夹持传送装置,同时采用主动驱动计米与从动轮计米,主动轮由带编码器的交流伺服电机驱动,从动轮计米采用霍尔齿轮转速传感器,可减小同步带轮打滑引起的测量误差。经分析同步带传动多边形效应引起的直线传动位移误差,提出采用加厚聚氨酯圆弧齿同步带以提高测量精度,提出了一种同步带打滑检测及误差修正方法。该方法已用于某型飞机试飞空气静压测量拖锥自动收放系统线缆收放位移检测,结果证明,该方法原理正确可行,位移测量误差不大于0.2%。 The position control accuracy is determined by the long stroke displacement measurement accuracy in winding system. General long stroke displacement metering methods have large measurement errors and are difficult to realize bidirectional metering. An innovative long stroke precision automatic displacement measuring method and device for winding system is proposed, in which two timing belt drives are employed as precise clamping conveyor, driving pulley metering and driven pulley metering are used simultaneously. Driving pulley metering mechanism is driven by AC servo motor with a rotary encoder, and Hall gear tooth speed sensor is used for driven pulley metering mechanism, which can reduce the measuring error caused by the slip of timing belt. After analyzing the displacement error of linear transmission caused by the polygon effect of trapezoid tooth and circular arc tooth, polyurethane circular arc tooth timing belt transmission is adopted to improve the measuring accuracy. A method of slippage detection and error correction for timing belt transmission is also proposed. The device based on the proposed method is designed and has been applied in the cable displacement measurement of trailing cone automatic retracting and releasing system for air static pressure measurement in aircraft test flight. The experimental results show that the proposed method is correct and feasible, and the displacement measurement error is less than 0.2%.
