摘要 针对传统三端口变换器体积大、传输效率低、开关管较多导致控制复杂的问题,通过拓扑推演得到一种基于交错并联Buck/Boost与双有源桥共用的新型三端口变换器拓扑结构,在减少开关管使用数量的同时提高了变换器的效率。由于三端口变换器非线性强、时变性强,难以建立精确的数学模型,若采用传统控制方式,存在精度低、响应时间长等劣势。提出一种模糊PI控制规则,通过对PI参数进行实时调整,改善变换器的动态响应特性。仿真分析可得,基于模糊PI的控制策略在增强系统的鲁棒性的同时降低了超调。最后设计一台240W样机,实验结果表明样机抗干扰能力强且响应迅速,验证了变换器的实用性及理论分析的正确性。 Aiming at the problems of large volume,low transmission efficiency and complex control caused by many switches in traditional three port converter,a new three port converter topology based on interleaved Buck/Boost and dual active bridge is obtained through topology deduction,which can reduce the number of switches and improve the efficiency of the converter.Due to the strong nonlinearity and time-varying nature of the three-port converter,it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model,the traditional control method has disadvantages such as low precision and long response time.A fuzzy PI control rule is proposed to improve the dynamic response of the converter by adjusting the PI parameters in real time.The simulation analysis shows that the control strategy based on fuzzy PI not only enhances the robustness of the system,but also reduces the overshoot.Finally,a 240 W prototype is designed,the experimental results show that the prototype has strong anti-interference ability and rapid response,which verifies the practicability of the converter and the correctness of theoretical analysis.
