摘要 随着现代信息科学技术的进步,我国电网运营水平不断提升,传统电网调度信息传递方式存在效率低、时效性差等问题,严重制约了大电网的发展。为了充分利用移动通信设备的优势,提出了一种基于移动平台的电力调度系统。对智能移动平台的移动通信、平台管理以及安全控制等关键技术进行研究,构建电力调度移动系统的基本结构框架;基于系统基本架构及关键技术对电力调度移动系统的相关功能展开详细的介绍,并将其应用于电力调度的典型业务管理工作中。系统的应用结果表明:研究成果能够为建设高效快捷的电力调度系统以及提升电网运行管理水平提供理论指导依据。 With the progress of modern information science and technology,the operation level of China’s power grid is constantly improving.Due to the inefficiency and poor timeliness of traditional dispatching information transmission mode,it has seriously restricted the development of large power grid.In order to make full use of the advantages of mobile communication equipment.A power dispatching system based on mobile platform is proposed.The key technologies of mobile communication,platform management and security control of intelligent mobile platform were studied,and the basic structure framework of power dispatching mobile system was constructed.Based on the basic structure and key technologies of the system,the related functions of power dispatching mobile system were introduced in detail and applied to typical business management of power dispatching.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the construction of efficient and fast power dispatching system and the improvement of power grid operation and management level.
