摘要
为了解决现有断路器拒动现象造成的工矿企业非计划停电问题,对现有试验方法无法直接检测断路器触头灭弧性能具体原因进行分析,提出一种利用断路器分闸过程中辐射电磁波信号反推断路器灭弧性能的检测技术。同时,通过搭建模拟试验平台,完成开断电压、分闸速度、负荷类型和触头烧蚀程度对断路器分闸测试的影响分析,揭示了上述4种因素与断路器分闸过程中辐射电磁波信号的关联性,并给出如何利用电磁波分析断路器触头烧蚀程度对其灭弧性能影响的测试建议。在此基础上,针对断路器电压等级低、离地距离近的特点,开展现场非接触式断路器灭弧性能测试,结果表明本文所述方法具有很大的推广价值。
In order to solve the problem of unplanned power outages in industrial and mining enterprises caused by the existing circuit breaker refusal.The specific reasons why the existing test methods cannot directly detect the arc extinguishing performance of the circuit breaker contacts is analyzed.Detection technology of signal back-throw circuit breaker arc extinguishing performance.At the same time,through the establishment of a simulation test platform,the analysis of the impact of opening voltage,opening speed,load type and contact ablation on the opening test of the circuit breaker was revealed.The above four factors and the radiated electromagnetic waves during the opening process of the circuit breaker were revealed.Correlation of signals and test suggestions on how to use electromagnetic waves to analyze the impact of circuit breaker contact ablation on its arc extinguishing performance.Based on this,the arc extinguishing performance test of the on-site non-contact circuit breaker is performed for the characteristics of low voltage level of the circuit breaker and close distance to the ground.The results show that the method described in this paper has great promotion value.
