温针灸法治疗老年骨性膝关节炎的效果分析

目的:分析用温针灸法治疗老年骨性膝关节炎的效果。方法:选取92例老年骨性膝关节炎患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。为对照组患者采用常规针刺法进行治疗,为观察组患者采用温针灸法进行治疗,然后对比两组患者的治疗效果、美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节功能评分标准的评分(HSS评分)和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组患者的HSS评分高于对照组患者,其VAS评分低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用温针灸法治疗老年骨性膝关节炎的效果确切,可显著改善患者的膝关节功能,减轻其膝关节疼痛的症状。

Objective:To analyze the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis of knee.Methods:92 elderly patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into control group And the observation group.For the control group of patients with conventional acupuncture treatment,for the observation group of patients with warm acupuncture treatment,and then compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients,the United States HSS knee function scoring standard(HSS score)and visual analog scale(VAS).Results:The total effective rate of observation group Compared with control group,P<0.05.After treatment,HSS score of observation group was higher than control group,VAS score was lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and moxibustion has a definite effect on elderly osteoarthritis of the knee,which can significantly improve the function of the patient's knee joint and relieve the symptoms of knee joint pain.
