摘要
基于资源杠杆理论,通过两家中国企业的案例分析,解构其在国际化进程中如何利用资源杠杆突破愈演愈烈的技术压力。研究发现:中国企业国际化进程中的技术压力表现为技术准则和技术水平压力,通过资源连接和组织学习交互形成的资源杠杆实现突破。其中,资源连接为组织学习提供资源支撑,组织学习将资源转化为能力推动资源连接;市场导向的中国企业通过广度连接和转化式学习,形成效率型资源杠杆;技术导向的中国企业通过深度连接和预期性学习,形成创新型资源杠杆。
Based on the theory of resource leverage,this study analyzes two Chinese companies’cases to deconstruct how they use resource leverage to break through the increasing technical pressure in the process of internationalization.This study found that,the technical pressure suffered by Chinese enterprises in the process of internationalization was manifested as the pressure of technical standards and technical level;resource linkage and organizational learning interactions acted together on the formation of resource leverage.Resource linkage provided resources to support for organizational learning,and organizational learning transformed resources into ability to promoting resource connection,both had the leverage effect on breaking through the technical pressure;Chinese internationalization enterprises based on the market-oriented tended to use breadth linkage and transformative learning interaction to promote the efficiency resource leverage,while Chinese internationalization enterprises based on the technical-oriented tended to use depth linkage and anticipatory learning interaction to promote the innovative resource leverage.
