愤怒情绪表达与领导有效性的研究综述、理论拓展与未来展望 被引量:1

摘要 通过系统梳理关于领导愤怒情绪表达与领导有效性关系的研究文献,明确了组织情境下领导愤怒表达的定义与内涵、领导愤怒表达对领导有效性影响的主要理论基础、现有实证研究的主要发现以及研究局限。在此基础上,构建了一个领导情绪表达有效性的理论研究框架,按照情绪体验与情绪表现两个维度划分出领导愤怒表达的4种不同表现形式,在情绪社会信息理论的基础上提出不同类型的领导愤怒表达的具体作用机制。最后,讨论了该理论模型的理论贡献与实践启示,并提出未来如何结合数字经济下的组织行为与人力资源管理,开展领导情绪表达与领导有效性研究的具体方向。 This study presents a qualitative review regarding the effect of leader anger expression on leadership effectiveness,discusses the conceptual issues of anger expression and organizes the major theoretical perspectives and existing empirical findings of leader anger expression’s impacts on leader effectiveness.Based on this qualitative review,a theoretical framework of leader anger expression is proposed,which identifies four different types of leader anger expression and their effects on leadership effectiveness.Finally,this research discusses the theoretical and practical implications of this theoretical framework and offered several future research directions in relation to the research of organizational behavior and human resource management in the context of the digital economy.
