摘要
可再生燃料生物乙醇成为理想的新型能源,海藻可作为乙醇生产的原料。但海藻酸的降解是海藻乙醇生产的主要障碍,本研究利用课题组得到的可降解海藻酸的酵母菌进行乙醇发酵,并对发酵过程中的关键酶进行研究。本研究对菌种进行活化、培养,驯化后检测3-7天丙酮酸脱羧酶、乙醇脱氢酶和海藻酸裂解酶的活性。实验表明,4-6天时三种酶活性达到最高,此时也是乙醇发酵的重要时间。
Bioethanol,a renewable fuel,becomes an ideal new energy source,with algae as the main source.However,the degradation of alginate is the main obstacle to the production of algal ethanol.In this study,the yeast obtained by our research group was used for fermentation and the key enzymes were studied.In this study,the strains were activated and cultured,and the activities of pyruvate decarboxylase,ethanol dehydrogenase and alginate lyase were detected 3-7 days after domestication.The results showed that the activities of the three enzymes reached the highest level during 4-6 days.This is also an important time for ethanol fermentation.
