Research and Popularization of Automatic Foam Dust Suppression Technology in Tunneling Face

近年来,随着煤矿生产水平的日渐提升,各个煤矿企业的生产规模有所扩大,因为煤炭资源分布的特殊条件,在掘进工作面的掘进作业进行中伴随着大量的粉尘产生,这些粉尘不仅影响了作业环境的安全,粉尘的扩散还加剧了掘进作业的难度。因此,煤矿现代化发展的趋势下,掘进工作面的抑尘已然成为了人们关注的重点方面,尤其是自动泡沫抑尘技术已然在一些煤矿企业中得到了一定的应用。基于此,本文详细探析了自动泡沫抑尘技术在煤矿掘进工作面中的应用,有效改善了掘进作业环境。

In recent years,with the improvement of coal mine production level,the production scale of each coal mine enterprise has expanded.Because of the special conditions of coal resources distribution,a large amount of dust will be produced in the tunneling operation of the tunneling face,which not only affects the safety of the working environment,but also aggravates the difficulty of the tunneling operation.Therefore,with the development trend of coal mine modernization,dust suppression in tunneling face has become the focus of attention,especially the automatic foam dust suppression technology has been applied in some coal mining enterprises.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application of automatic foam dust suppression technology in coal mine tunneling face in detail,which effectively improves the tunneling working environment.
