摘要
微生物转化反应是利用微生物体内的酶进行一系列化合物生物催化反应,通过对底物化合物的特定结构位点的改造,以获得具有更高价值的新产物。在药物合成领域,微生物转化反应的应用在有机药物合成方向占据一定的地位,所以了解微生物转化反应在各种有机药物合成中的应用,有助于促进有机药物合成的创新发展。立足于这个出发点,本文对微生物转化反应的应用进行研究分析,对微生物转化反应在天然药物合成、甾体药物合成等有机药物合成中的应用情况展开进一步的讨论,进而为有关行业的工作人员及研究人员提供一定的参考[1]。
Microbial transformation reaction is a series of biocatalytic reactions of compounds using enzymes in microorganisms.Through the modification of specific structural sites of substrate compounds,new products with higher value can be obtained.In the field of drug synthesis,the application of microbial transformation reaction occupies a certain position in the direction of organic drug synthesis,so understanding the application of microbial transformation reaction in various organic drug synthesis is helpful to promote the innovation and development of organic drug synthesis.Based on this starting point,this paper studies and analyzes the application of microbial transformation reaction,and further discusses the application of microbial transformation reaction in natural drug synthesis,steroid drug synthesis and other organic drug synthesis,so as to provide certain reference for the staff and researchers in related industries.
