摘要
基于在线分析仪表的复杂控制,可以提高控制的直观性和操作的精确度,正越来越多的应用于化工控制方案中。选取MTBE装置进料的醇烯比比例控制,以抽余液异丁烯离线分析控制、抽余液异丁烯在线分析控制和混合液醇烯含量比在线分析控制三种控制方案作为对比,突出了在线分析仪表在DCS复杂控制中的作用和优势。强调了在线控制参数选择、在线控制计算方法和控制整体方案对在线分析复杂控制的重要作用。
Complex control based on on-line analytical instruments can improve the intuition of control and the accuracy of operation.It is more and more used in chemical control schemes.The alcohol olefin ratio control of MTBE unit feed is selected,and the three control schemes of raffinate isobutene off-line analysis control,raffinate isobutene on-line analysis control and mixed liquid alcohol olefin content ratio on-line analysis control are compared,highlighting the role and advantages of on-line analysis instrument in DCS complex control.The important role of on-line control parameter selection,on-line control calculation method and overall control scheme in on-line analysis of complex control is emphasized.
