摘要
目前我国的高校教师面临着比较大的角色压力,通过问卷调查,影响角色压力大小的主要因素在于教师们的工龄、职称,同时也与教师本身的职业承诺以及上下级关系具有联系,所以高校需要有针对性地帮助教师减轻角色压力,通过建立激励制度等,帮助教师提升职业承诺,加强沟通,从而处理好上下级关系,同时能够克服工龄和职称带来的压力,帮助教师们适应自己的各种角色,减轻角色压力。
At present,teachers in colleges and universities in China are facing great role pressure.Through questionnaire survey,the main factors that affect the role pressure are the teaching age and professional titles of teachers,at the same time,it is also related to the professional commitment of teachers themselves and the leader-member relationship.Therefore,colleges and universities need to help teachers reduce the pressure of role,and help teachers improve their professional commitment and strengthen communication by setting up an incentive system,so as to deal with the leader-member relationship,and at the same time to overcome the pressure of the teaching age and title,help teachers adapt to their various roles,and reduce role pressure.
