摘要
脑电图(electroencephalogram,EEG)是一种无创脑部活动测量技术,能够一定程度反映脑的功能状态,目前已被广泛应用于临床麻醉深度监测。由于脑电量化指标在麻醉监测中存在缺陷,原始EEG的研究已重新成为热点。近年来,基于EEG的临床麻醉监测研究进展迅速,寻找更准确、更全面、更方便快捷的脑电活动评价方法是人们努力的方向。文章通过介绍脑电图谱分析(频谱分析、时频分析)、功能连接分析以及人工智能(机器学习等)分析方法的原理与特点,探究麻醉过程中的大脑状态变化,并强调脑电分析技术对临床麻醉监测的意义,对脑电分析技术及其在临床麻醉深度监测中的应用进行综述。
Electroencephalogram(EEG)is a non-invasive brain activity measurement,which can reflect the function of the brain to a certain extent.This technique has been widely used for monitoring the depth of anesthesia.Due to the defects of EEG indicators in anesthesia monitoring,raw EEG research becomes a hot spot again.In recent years,EGG-based anesthesia monitoring rapidly develops,and considerable efforts are made to find a more accurate,comprehensive,and convenient method for evaluating brain electrical activity.This article introduces the principles and characteristics of EEG spectrum analysis(spectrum analysis and time-frequency analysis),functional connection analysis,and artificial intelligence(machine learning,etc),explores changes in brain state during anesthesia,and emphasizes the significance of EEG for anesthesia monitoring.This article reviews EEG analysis and its application for monitoring in the depth of anesthesia.
